Hill View

Our luxury contemporary property has been renovated to an extremely high standard. It sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms over two floors, is beautifully furnished and provides guests with everything they will need to have a relaxing memorable stay.

Ideally situated for both local and National attractions with an extensive range of outdoor pursuits on the doorstep.

Free wifi, barbeque and outdoor deck/patio furniture, plus a wide selection of outdoor games (football, cricket, badminton and swing ball etc).

Lounge

The open plan lounge has two large leather settees & footstool plus a separate arm chair. The log burner offers real cosy nights in to enjoy a warming dram. There is a 55” Freeview Smart Television and Blue Ray player plus a selection of DVDs, books and games along with blue tooth speaker and music system. The upstairs lounge has a leather settee and armchair, also with a 55” Freeview Smart Television and Blue Ray player – an ideal place to attach a games console if required or a quiet area to just relax and read a book.

Kitchen

Hill View is equipped with a built-in electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. It has a central island with breakfast bar, plenty of worktop and storage space and an extensive range of pots, pans and crockery for you to prepare and enjoy a lovely meal. The dining area is complete with table and seating for 6 adjacent to the floor to ceiling sliding patio doors with beautiful countryside views. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms – a Master bedroom with sleigh bed, super king size Tempur mattress with views to the surrounding hills, a first floor bedroom with a king size zip & link Hypnos bed with countryside views and a ground floor bedroom with king size luxury pillow top Hypos bed with rear views to the hills. All bedrooms have 400 thread count luxury cotton linens with top quality duvets and pillows.

Bathroom

There are bathrooms on the ground and first floors both with large separate walk-in showers, wash hand basins and toilets plus heated towel rails & shaver points. The upstairs bathroom also has a bath. All towels are provided for your use.

Outside

Hill View is situated in its own large garden with a timber deck, patio table & chairs for 6 people. A barbeque is also available (please provide your own charcoal). There are drying facilities for clothes and we can also accommodate storage for bikes in the stable block if required.
